The landscaping around the chapel is gorgeous and the stain glass windows inside the venue give the most gorgeous soft glow. Loose Park - Downtown Kansas City, MO

Loose park is a wonderful location that gives you beautiful views while also allowing you to be close to the city for your after ceremony celebrations. There are many locations within the park that will give the ideal backdrop for any couple. There is the stunning Rose garden with its beautiful stone pillars, redwood cedar pergolas and about 3,000 roses for those wanting a garden wedding. There is also Loose Lake with its romantic Weeping Willows, peaceful fountain, and scenic bridges for couples looking to get married near the water.


Couples looking to elope in Loose Park will need to obtain a permit from the KC Parks and Recreation Department and there is a $50 deposit for weddings in KC Parks.

The Fountain at Mill Creek Park - Downtown KC

Is there anything more iconic than the Fountain at Mill Creek Park? For those diehard Kansas City couples this would be a beautiful location to tie the knot! Not to mention that after you tie the knot you're a short walk away from all the fantastic restaurants and bars in the plaza!

Shoal Creek Living History Museum - Kansas City, MO

This charming historical village is located on 80 acres of rolling hills and forests can be the perfect location for those looking for a peaceful countryside elopement. If a historical church is of interest to you they have a 19th century chapel on site! If a church isn't your thing you can set up just about anywhere on the property. There are plenty of wooded trails to explore and even Bison and Elk to see in the Hooved Animal Enclosure located in Hodges Park which surrounds the Museum.
