Loose Park - Downtown Kansas City, MO
Loose park is a wonderful location that gives you beautiful views while also allowing you to be close to the city for your after ceremony celebrations. There are many locations within the park that will give the ideal backdrop for any couple. There is the stunning Rose garden with its beautiful stone pillars, redwood cedar pergolas and about 3,000 roses for those wanting a garden wedding. There is also Loose Lake with its romantic Weeping Willows, peaceful fountain, and scenic bridges for couples looking to get married near the water.
Couples looking to elope in Loose Park will need to obtain a permit from the KC Parks and Recreation Department and there is a $50 deposit for weddings in KC Parks.

There are plenty of wooded trails to explore and even Bison and Elk to see in the Hooved Animal Enclosure located in Hodges Park which surrounds the Museum.
