Old Red Bridge in Minor Park

Stephanie and Alex

April 24th, 2026

On a beautiful sunny day in April, Stephanie and Alex stood together with their friends on The Old Red Bridge in Minor Park and exchanged their beautiful and heartfelt vows. The sun casted gentle rays upon them as they took their little golden lock, the one bearing their new last name, and latched it onto the bridge. There the lock will stay, nestled amongst thousands of other locks all declaring to the world their love and commitment.

A picnic blanket, a couple beers, and some cupcakes from a local bakery were the perfect celebration of this big day! While Steph and Alex had originally agreed on not smashing the cupcakes in each others faces but once they found out about the wet wipes I always keep on me that deal was quickly off! After many laughs and a lot of icing everywhere they took great care in cleaning each other up.

To end the night Stephanie and Alex went back to the bridge to pop some sparkling wine while the sunset glowed behind the trees.

One of the best parts of this job is that I get to witness couples on one of their happiest days. I get to work with couples who are so clearly in love that anyone could see it from miles away. Stephanie and Alex are a great example of couples who make me love what I do. They show their love for each other unapologetically and it really shows in their photos. That effortless love and care is something you could never fake.

Congratulations to Stephanie and Alex, it was such an honor to be a part of your elopement and I wish you both the best going forwards!

P.S Good luck with your Boards Stephanie!!!
